Product Overview

Our pavement sealcoat products protect and beautify asphalt surfaces, extending their life by shielding against UV oxidation, water penetration, and chemical spills (oil, gasoline). Available in coal tar and asphalt-emulsion bases to meet regional regulations and customer preferences.

Product Options

Coal Tar Emulsion Sealer

  • Traditional choice — deepest black color
  • Superior fuel and chemical resistance
  • Higher solids content = better fill of surface voids
  • Best for: commercial parking lots, gas stations, high-traffic areas

Asphalt Emulsion Sealer

  • Environmentally preferred — lower PAH content
  • More flexible — less cracking in freeze-thaw cycles
  • Better UV resistance in high-sun climates
  • Best for: residential driveways, HOA communities, eco-sensitive areas

Additive Packages

  • Sand — Pre-blended silica sand for slip resistance
  • Polymer — Enhanced flexibility and adhesion
  • Fast-Dry — Cuts curing time from 6 hours to 2–4 hours
  • Anti-Skid — Aluminum oxide additive for steep grades

Application

  1. Clean surface — power wash, sweep, remove oil spots
  2. Fill cracks with crack sealer (allow to cure)
  3. Apply sealcoat with spray system or squeegee in 2 thin coats
  4. Allow curing per product specification before opening to traffic
