Our pavement sealcoat products protect and beautify asphalt surfaces, extending their life by shielding against UV oxidation, water penetration, and chemical spills (oil, gasoline). Available in coal tar and asphalt-emulsion bases to meet regional regulations and customer preferences.
Product Options
Coal Tar Emulsion Sealer
- Traditional choice — deepest black color
- Superior fuel and chemical resistance
- Higher solids content = better fill of surface voids
- Best for: commercial parking lots, gas stations, high-traffic areas
Asphalt Emulsion Sealer
- Environmentally preferred — lower PAH content
- More flexible — less cracking in freeze-thaw cycles
- Better UV resistance in high-sun climates
- Best for: residential driveways, HOA communities, eco-sensitive areas
Additive Packages
- Sand — Pre-blended silica sand for slip resistance
- Polymer — Enhanced flexibility and adhesion
- Fast-Dry — Cuts curing time from 6 hours to 2–4 hours
- Anti-Skid — Aluminum oxide additive for steep grades
Application
- Clean surface — power wash, sweep, remove oil spots
- Fill cracks with crack sealer (allow to cure)
- Apply sealcoat with spray system or squeegee in 2 thin coats
- Allow curing per product specification before opening to traffic
