Commercial Parking Lot Black Sealcoat — Southeast Asia
A commercial property operator in Southeast Asia selected our black pavement sealcoat to restore oxidized asphalt parking areas while improving surface protection against water, UV exposure, and fuel drips.
The work was completed in staged sections to keep the property open. The finished surface delivered a uniform black appearance, better customer perception, and same-day controlled traffic reopening.
Airport Taxiway Emergency Repairs — Middle East
An international airport in the Middle East needed to repair potholes on an active taxiway during a 4-hour nightly closure window. Hot mix was impractical — the nearest plant was 90 minutes away and the minimum order was uneconomical for small patch quantities.
Using our cold mix asphalt stored on-site, the maintenance crew completed all repairs within the closure window, compacted with a small vibratory roller, and reopened to aircraft traffic immediately. Six months later, all patches remained intact with no FOD (foreign object debris) incidents reported.
RAP Recycling Mix Design — East Africa
A regional asphalt producer wanted to increase reclaimed asphalt pavement usage while maintaining compaction quality and crack resistance. Our technical team evaluated the aged binder and recommended a recycling agent dosage range.
Trial batches showed improved coating and lower stiffness compared with the untreated RAP mix. The producer adopted the additive for selected base and binder-course mixes where RAP economics were most important.
Bike Lane Color Anti-Skid Coating — South America
A city transport department needed a bright, skid-resistant surface for bike lanes and intersection conflict zones without removing the existing asphalt.
The color pavement sealcoat was spray-applied in thin layers with anti-skid aggregate broadcast at key locations. The finished lanes improved visual guidance while keeping construction disruption low.
