Shining Road Technology is pleased to announce the official launch of our Cold Mix Asphalt Technology Licensing Program, now available to partners in Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.

For years, high-quality cold mix asphalt has been dominated by a handful of multinational suppliers. Our licensing program changes that — giving local manufacturers the formulas, raw material network, production know-how, and ongoing R&D support to produce competitive cold mix products in their own market.

What Partners Receive

Five base formulas covering standard, premium, winter-grade, and specialty applications
Raw material supplier database with pre-negotiated pricing across multiple regions
On-site training by our senior production engineers (2-week program)
QC laboratory setup including equipment specifications, SOPs, and testing protocols
Ongoing support — monthly formula optimization, new product R&D, and trouble-shooting hotline
